  1. How will I know if my book(s) has sold? It is your responsibility to check to see if your book(s) have been sold. You must login to view your account information. Check under dashboard to view activity.
  2. What if I don't pick my book(s) up during the specified period of pick up? Unless you email terri@utsu.ca ahead of the pick up period, all unclaimed books become the property of the University of Toronto Students' Union.
  3. When will I receive payment for a book(s) sold? If your book(s) sells, you will receive payment in the period October 18-22, 2010. You must pick up your cheque between the hours of 11:00 am -5:00 pm Monday to Friday from 45 Willcocks Street, New College, New College Residence, Stone Lobby, weekdays only.
  4. What do I need to bring with me to pick up my unsold book(s) and or cheque? Please bring a print-out and student identification. If your book(s) does not sell and you would like it returned, you must retrieve it during the book pick up period, October 18-22, 2010 between the hours 11:00 am – 5:00 pm weekdays only.
  5. Can I send a friend to drop off my book(s) for sale? Yes, but it is recommended that all book information is filled out before you send someone to drop off your book(s) to the book exchange.
  6. Can I send a friend to pick up my unsold book(s) and cheques? If you cannot make it, please send someone in your place with both the print out and your student identification.
  7. What if my book(s) don't sell but I don't want them back? Simply leave them with us.
  8. How do I know what books are for sale? Browse through our selection of books at http://www.utsu.ca/bookexchange. Starting September 1, 2010 and running through to September 22, 2010 at 45 Willcocks Street, New College, New College Residence, Stone Lobby between the hours of 11:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, all books will be on sale. We offer extended hours on September 7th, 8th, 9th and 13th until 7:00 pm.
  9. Are the sales prices of these books a good deal? It is recommended that you review carefully the selection of books prior to purchasing. Since students set their own prices, prices for the same book can vary.
