All full-time undergraduate students – including those in Professional Faculties – enrolled at the St. George and Mississauga campuses, as well as full-time Toronto School of Theology students, are automatically covered by the UTSU Health & Dental Plan. Coverage can run up to 12 months each year (September to August) when enrolled in the fall and winter sessions.
Why are you covered?
Extended health and dental coverage fill any gaps in provincial health care and other basic health-care programs.
By offering health and dental protection, students at the UTSU are working to ensure that no student suffers academically or has to drop out of school because of unexpected and unmanageable health related costs.
While we hope that this year will be worry free, if your health does falter, we are glad that your Health & Dental Plan will be there to support you.
