Lobbying
The University of Toronto Students’ Union advocates on your behalf to the University of Toronto administration and all three levels of government. The UTSU Executive Committee meets regularly with university administrators, student leaders, government officials, and elected representatives to advance the interests of our members.
On this page, you can find the UTSU’s lobby briefs, government submissions, letters, and advocacy-related statements. In addition to these documents, the UTSU also compiles reports—some of which include recommendations and proposals. Finally, the UTSU also runs educational and advocacy-focused campaigns on issues that matter to students.
