2011-2012 U.T.S.U. Clubs Funding
Summer Funding and Individual Academic Endeavour Grant applications are now available. Long Term Funding and Short Term Funding forms will be available later in the summer.
Each funding request must include the application, budget template and membership list (not applicable for Individual Academic Endeavour Grant applications).
Important Dates:
June 15th - Summer Funding Deadline
October 15th - Long Term Funding Deadline
March 1st, 2012 - Individual Academic Endeavour Grant Deadline
March 1st, 2012 - Short Term Funding Deadline

Funding Reimbursement Form
Download the .pdf form to submit receipts for reimbursement. Your receipts MUST be accompanied by this form to be reviewed.
To receive your second installment of short term funding, or long term funding totalling less than $2000, you must submit receipts totalling 100% of your allocation.
To receive the second installment of long term funding exceeding $2000, you must submit receipts totalling 40% of your installment. To receive your third installment, you must submit receipts totalling the remaining 60% of your allocation.If you already have receipts totalling 100% of your allocation, you may submit them to have one cheque released for the remaining 60%.
