Full Report: Help Desk Review
This is the first review of the University of Toronto Students’ Union (UTSU) Help Desk service, as offered through Intercom. Based on the high-volume of student usage of this service in 2017, as well as high levels of satisfaction, we recommend the long-term continuation of this service.
Statistics are based on data collected from a three-month period between September 20th, 2017, a few days before the Help Desk service officially launched, to December 20th, 2017, a few days after the UTSU closed for the holiday season.
