In response to COVID-19, the UTSU’s office is open limited hours Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 1 pm-4 pm. This limits many services we have traditionally provided, like mail, printing and borrowing items from the resource bank. If your club is moving its operations online or hosting events with physical distancing there may be new ways we can support you.
Let’s figure this out together. Email email@example.com
Insurance Coverage For Club Events
Did the event venue request proof of insurance certificate for your club event? UTSU got you covered! Free insurance coverage can be provided for UTSU recognized club events. To request an insurance certificate, or to check the eligibility of your event, please complete the insurance certificate request form at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Not all events are eligible for coverage.
The following services will resume when the UTSU’s offices re-open.
Does your club need a mailing address? UTSU provides a club mailbox where your mail will be kept safe and ready for pickup at our Community Hub. If you are addressing mail to our office, please be sure to check your mailbox at least once per week as space is limited. Have mail addressed to your club’s name (not an individual) and use this address: 12 Hart House Circle, Toronto ON M5S 3J9.
