Enhancing My Student Experience: Mental Well-Being

Location: Baldwin Room, Cumberland House

Our dialogues are spaces for informal conversations with other students around your experience as a student navigating disability on campus. This is an opportunity to share ideas and questions in space where we discuss the intersections of accessibility, life, and learning. Topics include speaking with parents, self-care, managing distractions, disclosure in the classroom, and more.

This session is focused on: Enhancing my Student Experience: Mental Wellbeing.

By the end of the dialogue, you will be able to:

  • acknowledge the importance of your mental wellbeing
  • discuss ways to celebrate successes and accept setbacks and negative experiences as an opportunity for learning
  • recognize when self-care is needed

Registration is highly encouraged but not required for this event.
