The UTSU’s Food Bank team is very excited to announce their next Food Challenge! This fall, they’re hosting a variety of challenges about food relating to the fall theme: Learning to Fuel Your Body with Fall Foods.
This week, they’re challenging students to eat energy-boosting foods during those long study sessions. Snacks that are high in protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and antioxidants can keep you energized and focused for long study sessions. Ideas include homemade trail mix with your favorite nuts, seeds and dark chocolate, fruit salad, veggie sticks with hummus, or a Greek yoghurt parfait!
