This week we want to challenge students to try their hand at making some fall smoothies. Smoothies are a great way to eat some fruits and vegetables while on the go. Try adding in some of your leftover seasonal fruits and vegetables from last week! Smoothies are a great way to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your daily meals and you can also add lots of extras for additional benefits like chia seeds, flaxseed, nut butter, or cinnamon!
