Executive Review Committee
If your complaint relates to a violation of the Bylaws and/or the Policies by a member of the Executive Committee, please contact the Executive Review Committee at email@example.com.
The Executive Review Committee is a committee of the Board of Directors. It is governed by the Executive Review Committee Operations Policy.
If your complaint relates to a violation of the Code of Conduct by a member of the Executive Committee or a member of the Board of Directors, please contact the Grievance Officer at firstname.lastname@example.org
The Grievance Officer is the Speaker of the Board of Directors. Complaints submitted to the Grievance Officer are governed by Bylaw XVII.
If your complaint relates to the conduct of a member of staff, please contact the Management Committee at email@example.com
The Management Committee is composed of the President, the Vice-President, Operations, and the Executive Director. If your complaint relates to the conduct of the Executive Director, please contact the President (firstname.lastname@example.org) and the Vice-President, Operations (email@example.com).
If your complaint relates to a systemic problem, please contact the Ombudsperson at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The mandate of the Ombudsperson is to investigate and propose solutions to systemic problems. Complaints submitted to the Ombudsperson are governed by Bylaw XX. Please note that the Ombudsperson cannot take action against individuals.
If you would like to appeal a decision of the Grievance Officer or of the Executive Review Committee, please contact the Appellate Board at email@example.com.
The mandate of the Appellate Board is to review decisions of the Elections and Referenda Committee, the Executive Review Committee, and the Grievance Officer. The Appellate Board is governed by Bylaw XVIII.
