UTSU Club Registration Process
You will be submitting the link to your groups Student Organization Portal page in Step 1, the signed Policy and Procedure Agreement Form in Step 2, and the completed membership form in Step 3 as part of the application form in Step 4.

Important Information Regarding Co-Presidents
If you are one of the co-presidents leading your club, you are responsible if an internal dispute results in the creation of two separate clubs. Your club’s registration status will be rescinded, and you must apply again.
Registration expires at the end of the registration year in which it is granted.
The registration year shall begin on 1 June and end on 30 April.
Applications for registration shall be reviewed by the Vice-President, Student Life.
UTSU partner club application is processed on a weekly basis, clubs that submit their registration application before 9:00 a.m. on Monday will be notified of the registration decision by Friday 5:00 p.m. Applications received after 9:00 am.. on Monday will be considered in the following week’s application review.Â
