Start a Club
Please note, we are no longer taking applications for the 2021-2022 school year as the recognition application deadline was on October 31st, 11:59 pm.
You will be submitting the link to recognition from Ulife in Step 1, the signed partner club agreement in Step 2, and the completed membership form in Step 3 as part of the application form in Step 4. Proof of attendance attained from step 5 will be a part of the funding application.
Recognition expires at the end of the recognition year in which it is granted.
The recognition year shall begin on 1 June and end on 30 April.
Applications for recognition shall be reviewed by the Vice-President, Student Life.
UTSU partner club application is processed on a weekly basis, clubs that submit their recognition application before 9:00 am on Monday will be notified of the recognition decision by Friday 5:00 pm. Applications received after 9:00 am on Monday will be considered in the following week’s application review. All partner club recognition before the completion of mandatory training modules will be tentative. Please make sure that two representatives from your club attend the training module!
